URL

 The term URL is short for ‘Uniform Resource Locator”. It is basically a web sites address. Google.com is an example of a URL. Typing in to your web browsers address bar ‘Google.com” lets your browser know that Google is where you want it to go and where it can find it. The URL is a unique identifier that identifies every web site on the web.
